Shipping

Once we have shipped an item, we are not responsible and do not refund for any lost or stolen packages, so please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. If you need to make any changes to your order (shipping address, size, etc.) please contact customerservice@oddli.com to let us know within 24 hours of placing your order.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any additional costs. These charges will reflect the cost of the product purchased. 

Returns & Exchanges

Please note, items on sale are only eligible for exchange and return for store credit. 

With the exception of the custom products and Oddli Club products, we will happily exchange your piece for the correct size and Oddli will pay for the shipping label back to us.  Only unworn & undamaged pieces will be accepted. Both of these must be within 30 days of purchase.

All returns for refund within the US will be subject to a $10 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. The return shipping fee will be waived on returns for store credit and exchanges. For international returns, customers are responsible for all shipping fees. 

If the item is a gift, the recipient just needs their order number and zip code.
