SHIPPING

Orders are processed almost immediately. We’ll do our best to help you with any changes or cancellations before your order starts making its way to you. Send us a note as soon as possible at customerservice@oddli.com. Please include “order update” in the subject, along with your order information and specific action needed.

Once we have shipped an item, we are not responsible and do not refund for any lost or stolen packages, so please ensure the shipping address is correct and secure.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any additional costs. These charges will reflect the cost of the product purchased. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please note, items listed at 45% off or more are final sale. All other items on sale are only eligible for exchange and return for store credit. With the exception of the custom products and Oddli Club products, we will happily exchange your piece for the correct size and Oddli will pay for the shipping label back to us. Only unworn & undamaged pieces will be accepted. 

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. If there were extended delays with your order, we'd be more than happy to make an exception. 

All returns for refund within the US will be subject to a $10 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. The return shipping fee will be waived on returns for store credit and exchanges. 

For international returns, customers are responsible for all shipping fees. 

If the item is a gift, the recipient just needs their order number and zip code to start a return. Please email customerservice@oddli.com to begin this process.
