The elastic waistband of the boxers is stretchy and if you are between sizes you will likely fit into both. Which size you order depends on preference. We recommend smaller for a more fitted style and larger for a baggier fit. Please refer to this sizing video to see how multiple sizes of boxers fit on the same person.
